Thermostat
The programmable thermostat allows you to select a temperature set point between 60° and 85°F using the + and - buttons. The temperature is displayed in the LED window.
Operating Mode Selector
Allows you to select between three modes of operation.
[ COOL ] set point temperature and fan speed (dash in high or low
position) displayed in the LED window.
[ DEHUMIDIFY ] room temperature and a “d” for
dehumidify are displayed in the LED window.
[ FAN] “F” is displayed in the LED window along with the fan speed (dash in high or low
position).
The cool indicator will be illuminated green when the cooling mode is selected.
Fan Speed Selector
Allows you to select the evaporator fan speed. A dash “-” in the upper position indicates high fan (as in COOL above). A dash
“-” in the lower position indicates low fan (as in FAN above). An
“A” indicates the fan speed is set to automatic and the fan will cycle from low to high as the call for cooling changes.
Sleep Selector / Indicator
The sleep program only operates when the unit is in the COOL mode. This function will increase the set-point temperature by 2° after one hour. Eight hours into the sleep cycle, the unit will return to the original set-point temperature. When the sleep program is selected the indicator will be illuminated yellow.
Filter Button
The Filter button is used to reset the operation time meter. The filter warning
“FIL” will appear in the LED window after 250 hours of unit operation. This function serves as a reminder to routinely clean the filters.
Tank Full Indicator
The “T Full” indicator will blink and an audible alarm will beep whenever the following conditions are met:
The tank(s) are full
The tank(s) is improperly seated or not present
The front door is not closed properly
Compressor Indicator
When illuminated yellow, the compressor is on. When the indicator is blinking, the compressor is in time delay and will cycle on within minutes.
ON/OFF Button
Controls the operation of the unit. When the unit is off, you will see
“OFF” displayed in the LED window.
