Returns

If for any reason, other than product failure, the buyer wishes to return products the following conditions apply:

(1) Buyer is responsible for notifying ADAPT Inc of the return
(2) Buyer must return items within 30 days of delivery
(3) Buyer is responsible for all return freight fees
(4) Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee
(5) Customer must process Return Material Authorization form from ADAPT Inc before package is returned

(7) Returned equipment will not be accepted without an RMA # on outside of box
